Our catering menu design and pricing proposal approach is simplistic. Preferring to concentrate on “your” initial ideas and offer suggestive menu formats that offer many exciting ideas. Mountain Magic is the only local caterer too hand select the bulk of its produce and fruits from the local farmers market; we use fresh products only, never frozen. All our foods are created from scratch using real products, quality olive oils, freshly juiced citrus, fresh spices and organic herbs. Our meats and seafood are of the highest quality, “Jet fresh” and “USDA Choice” The menus are cooked and finished on site providing your guests with the very best in reception and off site catered foods.

Suggestive menu formats Receptions- Our receptions/parties generally begin with hand prepared passed Hors D'oeuvres/and or stationary appetizers whether the menu format is relaxed or formal. Peppered Striploin

California Buffets - Our signature California buffets are visually stunning with Mountain Magic’s artistic tiered displays. We use extensive natural stone slabs, paired with wrought iron and juniper wood stands to elevate our dishes and colorful foods. The buffet station format requires less staff and as a result offers the most value.

Plated/Seated reception dinners - Plated receptions require additional staff/higher menu price and provide the maximum personal attention to your guests.

Plated Salad followed by a buffet station - adds an additional course and a more refined reception or personal menu.

Heavy Hors D’oeuvres/appetizer station receptions and parties- are always well received and eliminate the need for many of the rentals.
