what a wonderful job your catering company did on the food and service. The
presentation was beautiful, the food delicious and the staff was wonderful.

taken care of in our own home. This service blossoms under your "hands on",
approach to all of the details that constitute an incredible event. As an event
coordinator I was in two spaces, one being the mom and the other being the
coordinator. So it was wonderful to be able to turn over the reins to my staff
and yours. They worked together as a team, which I do appreciate. When one does
become a guest, it was exactly what we all envisioned a truly "enchanted forest
wedding".

Just a short note to thank you
again for all of your help in planning Carey and Bobby's wedding. The food was
simply fabulous! Some comment from the guests: "Best food I have ever had
at a wedding!" "Haven't had oysters like those since I visited France!"
"The hor d'oeuvres were fantastic." "The wait staff was so courteous and
polite." "The service was superb. My wine glass was never empty!" "Everyone was
sooooo nice!"
If you ever have a parental request for a recommendation,
you may certainly give them my phone number.
Rob and I arrived home at 4 AM Friday morning and I spent
most of the weekend sleeping. I was not quite prepared for the emotional
landing that occurs after such an event. I was simply exhausted. I must admit I
was also in a bit of a daze during the actual event. There were so many things
going on at once and so many people asking questions and giving directions that
my brain went into the Zzzzzz mode. I would never have survived without you
wearing your "coordination" hat. My only regret is that we were unable to
use the sound system because of the wind. Perhaps Event Masters could come up
with some future invention that would encase the equipment and shield it from
the wind!
Since Carey is our only daughter, I shall not be calling
upon you again for wedding planning. However, we have all fallen in love with
Lake Tahoe and I know we will visit again. Do not forget me because you may
very well pick up the phone one day and hear my voice inviting you and your
husband to dinner!
PS. Guess what movie was playing on our return
flight? "The Wedding
Planner!" It made me think about going into business! Not
really!!

I cannot say enough good things about Chloe’s Bat Mitzvah dinner.
Once again everyone told me what a wonderful party we had and couldn’t
get over how wonderful the food and service was. Six weeks later people still
stop me at the market or down town and tell me how wonderful the food
was.
Firstly, you and your staff are wonderful to work with. Thanks for paying
attention to every detail for me. Also, a thank you for finishing up the
decorating that I was unable to finish. Your staff work hard,and they are
professional, polite, and easy to work with.
Secondly, I would like to thank you for being so flexible and adding your
Chilean Sea Bass to our menu. It got rave revues. I appreciate the
way Peter uses only the freshest ingredients and cooks the way I would, if I
could. The children’s table was wonderful and they loved having
their own buffet table as well.
I love working with the both of you. You make everything look and taste
beautiful.
